Transformational Leadership coaching is for both emerging leaders: new to a leadership role or about to move up: and established leaders: ready to develop beyond their current practices. 

The focus is often on how to work with different types of people and motivate them to reach personal and team goals. It challenges old, ingrained patterns of thought. The client is invited to explore the internal components and external circumstances that define their personal lens in a new way. The client is empowered to identify steps they can take, to proactively create the life they want.
